What is 3-D Living?
3-D Living is a wellness-based practice built on three core values: Diet, Discipline and Devotion. We help people conquer weight and food issues, build self-esteem, overcome blocks to success and improve interpersonal relationships. We offer life coaching, wellness coaching, nutritional consulting, and workshops in a variety of areas related to personal growth.
Diet and lifestyle are the foundation of every other area of our lives. Healthy foods, quality sleep, stress-management and regular exercise are the cornerstones of 3-D living. We need vibrant health and boundless energy to tackle the other steps of living in 3-D.
Commitment and follow-through are two of the most important aspects of discipline and they are rooted in self-love. Only when you truly love yourself can you begin to cultivate your discipline. A 3-D life must include this crucial step and this program will help you get there.
Devotion is your spiritual connection to yourself and to something greater. Devotion comes from the heart but needs discipline to be fueled consistently. This can be the most fulfilling part of 3-D living!
